Hotel Fortina
Hotel Pricing. Discounts are generally available for children, extra adults sharing rooms, and infants. Generally, pricing at the Hotel Fortina and all hotels listed is quoted per person, not per room, and is based on two persons sharing a room. There is normally a supplement for "single use" i.e. where a room is occupied by only one person. Supplements may also be payable for superior rooms, or rooms with a view. However all such optional or mandatory charges are clearly stated on the Hotel Fortina page, there are no hidden costs, taxes or booking fees other that those published.
Most Malta hotels are available offering at least bed and breakfast accommodation, with the option of upgrading to half board (lunch or dinner) or full board basis (lunch AND dinner). A few hotels offer all-inclusive accommodation, where all food and drinks at most if not all restaurants and bars in the hotel is available in unlimited quantities at no extra charge. The catering at many of the better hotels is of a very high standard, many offering buffet meals. Full information about the options available at the Hotel Fortina may be found at our "Hotels" page.
You can combine your holiday stay at the Hotel Fortina with a visit to the sister island - booking two hotels instead of one, and splitting your time accordingly. If time is limited and you want to fit in as much sightseeing as possible, visiting all the important tourist attractions, we recommend that you spend most of your holiday on the island of Malta. You will get around mostly all that needs to be seen in Gozo in a couple of days. On the other hand, if you are seeking a relaxing holiday with the occasional prehistoric temple or museum thrown in for good measure, then split your time as you see fit, Gozo is definitely more laid back and tranquil. In any case, staying at the Hotel Fortina will fit in perfectly with your plans!
