Book early or leave it until the last minute? We would recommend that you book accommodation at the Crown Hotel early, especially if you are visiting Malta and Gozo during the peak season. There is no harm in trying, if you have no option but to book your holiday at short notice, since there is always the possibility of a cancellation. Off-peak there is no advantage to a late booking, as the prices are already heavily discounted and cheap, so it is better to book a reasonable time before and make any other arrangements in your own time, without any rush.
