Possible problems with sending replies to Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail subscribers - also "Spam Filters"

If you are using a Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail e-mail address, or an e-mail address in any way connected to the above, please note that for unknown reasons many times mail sent to accounts at any of the above (and possibly other free e-mail providers) gets rejected. Thus you would not get replies to your enquiries.

The problems are intermittent - just because you have in the past received e-mail replies, does not mean that mails sent now or in the future, will be received.

Therefore if at all possible please supply a "proper" non-free e-mail address;

and

Please supply a telephone number complete with country code.

Spam Filters - Similarly, you may sometimes not receive replies because your (installed on your computer) or your ISP's or free mail provider's spam filter incorrectly marks replies to your enquiries as spam. This is unfortunately a common occurrence with the less intelligent spam filtering systems, as by their very nature reply mails to you will have content that simple spam filters may find similar to the content that unsolicited mail may have.

Because of this it is recommended that you check your Spam Folder regularly, and again, supplying alternative means of contact is very highly recommended.

Thanking you for your understanding.
