Situated in the tranquil and exclusive private villa estate that goes by the name of Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha these villa apartments offer comfortable self catering apartment accommodation with the bonus of usage of a large swimming pool and terraces with BBQ area, enjoying extensive views and shared only with other residents and the villa owners.

Notwithstanding the luxury of the pool, perfect for an early morning swim, the location is just minutes away from Mellieha (Ghadira) Bay, Malta's largest sandy beach with watersports facilities, and maybe 10 minutes drive from Golden Sands Bay, Riviera beach, and stunning Paradise Bay. Similarly one may be in the St Paul's Bay area, with all it's restaurants and entertainment venues, or hop on to the Gozo ferry, in just as short a time.

Three villa apartments are available, two of which have two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a studio flat (no air-conditioning, but ceiling fan). All of course have a kitchen/kitchenette, and depending on the apartment, bath or shower, and sleep from 2 to 6 persons (with extra beds). Electricity consumption is paid extra, by the card meter.
